Even if you are managing the property yourself, you cannot legally move a tenant in without a valid EPC, Gas Safety Certificate, and EICR (Electrical Report). If any of your paperwork is out of date, just let us know. We can organise all your required compliance checks at a transparent, fixed rate before move-in day.
